1000 continous meters
I was able to run aboue 1000 continous meters today. I did have to stop and walk for around 300m then I finished the mile running the last 300m. I then biked 4 miles. I looking at doing a full workout by the end of next week. All I need is for my ankle to get my mobility back. I will be stronger and more dedicated than before. I want to run a sub 4min mile.

ankle update
My ankle is coming along. I still can't run on it yet. But I have been biking consistantly the last 3 days and finishing with a speed walk of 400 meters. I will just have to wait each day to see how it is feeling. I might be able to complete a 400m jog today. It is feeling much beter.

Have you ever seen a white budha? I haven't until this one sat on my couch. Scared me well actually his wife half to death. Good thing white budha was there to save the day.
tuesday's picture of my foot
well my foot is feeling a lot better, i can almost walk without a limp. Which is pretty good because I couldn't even walk on it on Sunday. Even though it is getting better it is looking terrible. Pretty sweet picture huh? At this healing rate I think I will be able to jog on it by this weekend. All I have to do is convince my wife.

ankle sprain
Well I finally did it; after 15 years of soccer I sprained my ankle. I went do the doctor this morning to make sure there were no breaks or ligament tears. He said that it looked like a sprain to him and the x-rays came out negative. So I'm happy that it is only a sprain.
