ran around overholser in 46.48, stopped after 2 miles to strech and walked across the dam
went to church @ okc naz
ate lunch with wife, sister, & 2 bro-in-laws @ an indian restaraunt.
played 3 hours of halo and tore my sis and her hubby up.
