1000 continous meters

I was able to run aboue 1000 continous meters today. I did have to stop and walk for around 300m then I finished the mile running the last 300m. I then biked 4 miles. I looking at doing a full workout by the end of next week. All I need is for my ankle to get my mobility back. I will be stronger and more dedicated than before. I want to run a sub 4min mile.

Sounds good. Hang in there, but don't over do it.
