Wednesdays workout was really good. I have gotten my 800m repeats down to ave 2:36 and dropped my recover from 400m to 200m.
1.5 mile warm up
800m @ 2:36
200m @ 90sec
800m @ 2:35
200m @ 90sec
800m @ 2:36
200m @ 90sec
800m @ 2:40
200m @ 90sec
800m @ 2:37
200m @ 90sec
800m @ 2:34
200m @ 90sec
1.5 mile cool down
