Been doing my summer workouts.
I forgot to set my alarm so my buddies ended up calling me and waking me up.

1.5 mile warm up
stretches & drills
7x800m w/ 1:1 recovery
800m - 2:44
800m - 2:48
800m - 2:29
800m - 2:32
800m - 2:28
800m - 2:30
800m - 2:25
1.5 mile cool down

total Mileage: 7 miles


great workout after the 1st two 800s. I was leading them then Benson really pushed on that 3rd one and got us back on pace.
